PAYMENTS:

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 25% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

PAYMENT: Remaining balance payment is due no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to check-in date. If final payment is not received by the due date, White Oak Ridge Cabins has the right to cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: If reservation is cancelled prior to two weeks before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. If cancelled at least one week prior to arrival date, a 50% refund of monies paid. If cancelled less than one week prior to arrival, a 25% refund of monies paid. We do understand that circumstances occur out of your control and will review each situation on a case by case basis.
